How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days and it should reach you within 3-5 business days. We will provide regular updates on the status of your order.

What are the charges for domestic deliveries?

    We offer free shipping for all domestic prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders we charge a flat shipping rate of INR 45. 

    How do I track my order?

      If you're a logged in user, simply head to the 'Account' section to track your order. If you shopped as a guest, email your order number to care@i-dote.com.

      Who will deliver my order?

        Within India, we ship through our partnership with Shiprocket and its affiliates. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. 

        Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

        How can I edit my shipping address?

          Do you ship internationally?  

            We do not currently offer international shipping. We will update our policies once this service is available.

            Return and Exchange  

            Every single piece designed & produced at I Dote goes through stringent quality checks and we try our level best to ensure zero defects in our products. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us via email at care@i-dote.com or call on +91 9311539917 within 72 hours of receiving the order. Please share images with us so we can understand the nature of the defect. We will revert back to you within 48 hours of receiving your request. 

            If the return is approved a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is in the condition you received it in.

            Will I get a refund for products that are returned or exchanged?

              Refunds are only processed incase of fulfillment errors. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation. For all other returns we offer a I Dote credit voucher.
